Thanks Doug, these are good topics.

I'll note that DigiCert still supports my LEI draft ballot ... the only reason it didn't go up for a vote is because I thought the vote was likely to split along CA / Browser lines, and I judged calling for a vote to be politically unhelpful at the time.  It would be a good topic to revisit.
