1.	Certificate profiles discussion (if any)

a.	Update on "SHOULD NOT for SKI in end-entity certs" from Root
Programs (if any)
b.	Update on PR for relaxing cPSUri requirement to a MAY for ICA certs
(if any)

2.	Continue analysis of BR for "Applicant" and "Applicant
Representative"

a.	We will resume at section 9.6.3
