[Smcwg-public] Correction to draft

Hello:



I am highlighting a change that I have made to the draft at https://github.com/cabforum/smime/pull/103/files

Previously the "re-validation" window for Org details was set at 398 days when we were using the EVG.  The intent had been to change this to 825 days to be consistent with the TLS BR, which I have now corrected.
