Kirk,

Anyone can Contribute with ideas and opinions in any area that is in
scope of the Server Certificate WG, including Interested Parties. We
don't need to establish "legitimacy" to engage in discussions about EV
or other topics. I remember when HARICA didn't issue EV Certificates and
still participated in these discussions.

Also, please remember that whatever we do "outside the Forum", should
stay "outside the Forum". The fact that Chrome and other Browsers moved
the EV indicator is not related to the EV Guidelines.

We are here to improve the standards so please let's focus on that goal :-)

Dimitris.
