I received a question off-list about this, and so for clarification for the
minutes:
Relevant to CA/B Forum were meetings for ACME and LAMPS, both of which met.
The minutes for ACME are at the link provided above, the minutes for LAMPS
are https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/minutes-111-lamps/
The document signing EKU was discussed within LAMPS, but the primary
discussion was and is on the list, at
