Our rules don't require such to the Wiki. In fact, nothing is required to use the wiki.

 

The responsibility for these activities fall to the Chair and the Webmaster per 5.2 of our Bylaws.

I also notice that the basic ballot text and  results on our wiki are missing for several ballots going way back.  I believe our rules should require the proposers and endorsers of a ballot post it to the wiki at the beginning of the discussion period (and later posts all amendments), and not just rely on email updates – I’ll proposed that to the group today.

When looking through https://cabforum.org/category/proceedings/ballots/ , I happened to notice the following ballots were missing:

 

Ballot 185 - Limiting the Lifetime of Certificates

  - https://cabforum.org/pipermail/public/2017-February/009639.html

 

Ballot 188 - Clarify use of term “CA” in Baseline Requirements

  - https://cabforum.org/pipermail/public/2017-February/009653.html

 

Ballot 202 - Underscore Characters in SANs

  - https://cabforum.org/pipermail/public/2017-July/011582.html

 

These were three that formally went to the voting process and failed, which is why I suspect they were omitted. Could you make sure the ballots and their tallies are also part of the minutes.

 

I looked through https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FBsMZjlzyvK3mFR1u4qMqvZwlI86yJ-v0am1pCBo8uI/edit?pref=2 <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FBsMZjlzyvK3mFR1u4qMqvZwlI86yJ-v0am1pCBo8uI/edit?pref=2&pli=1#gid=1202563089> &pli=1#gid=1202563089 and it looks like it was just those three that made it to voting but failed since the transition from Dean.

 

Ballot 194 was rescinded (reappeared as 197)

Ballot 186 didn't advance to voting

Ballot 184 didn't advance to voting

Ballot 182 didn't advance to voting
