[cabfpub] NameConstrained CAs

This is a request for a response to me off-list.  Could each CA with a
nameConstrained intermediate CA send to me the URL of at least one
public-facing end entity certificate that chains to that intermediate CA?
The reason for this request is so that I can test whether a certain
application software processes nameConstrained CAs differently based on the
permitted vs. prohibited names and domain component naming vs. DNS naming?
