For those following along at home, by my calculation:

Ballot 141 (remove the insurance requirements and replace them with
other requirements) currently has 66% browser and 38% CA support.

Ballot 142 (remove the insurance requirements) currently has 100%
browser and 60% CA support. It needs 3 more CA YES votes to pass,
otherwise it will fail.
