Bonjour,

Some countries have different compliance programs for TSL candidates. 
For example, in France, being included in the TSL implies being 
compliant to RGS (Référentiel Général de Sécurité). Talking about TLS 
certificates, this is mandatory only for government sites.
This is not a minor change.
