This point is a good one, insofar as we should make sure the first
release called 1.4 is referred to as "1.4.0" rather than "1.4", to avoid
confusion. Then the audit criteria could refer to "1.4.0" and everyone
would know it's not the same thing as e.g. "1.4.3".
