[cabfpub] Possible Language for Lightweight IPR Agreement

Gerv,
I could go back and create one specifically for individuals, but then we'll
have to see whether we can get consensus on the lighter-weight obligations.

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

I thought the idea of a lightweight agreement was that it would be lighter
weight than our current agreement, and focussed on the common case of an
individual who owns no patents. However, these seem to be "wrapper"
documents for the current policy, in that they incorporate it by reference.
This makes them heavyweight, rather than lightweight, and also leads to
questions about what it means for a person to agree to a policy whose
wording is focussed on organizations.

Gerv
