Thanks for cancelling. 10:30 is fine for me.

OK, the weather picture keeps getting worse (http://www.boston.com/news/weather/weather_wisdom/2015/01/major_noreaster_will_bring_hea.html?p1=feature_stack_1_hp<http://scanmail.trustwave.com/?c=4062&d=j5_F1HoUxQTPjPhKkUiWWu0qsoBBAi_3dkKWJWDd6A&s=5&u=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2eboston%2ecom%2fnews%2fweather%2fweather%5fwisdom%2f2015%2f01%2fmajor%5fnoreaster%5fwill%5fbring%5fhea%2ehtml%3fp1%3dfeature%5fstack%5f1%5fhp>) so I've made the decision to cancel the face to face meeting this week. It is likely our office will be closed. If you look at the map in that link, we are in the 18-22" zone. Even if you arrived Monday, you won't get out as planned. I believe most airlines will allow for changes/refunds due to the inclement weather and hotels should allow cancelations.

Since we've all blocked the time, why don't we have a teleconference for at least a few hours in the morning starting at 10:30am EST (7:30am PST). Or do you want to start later for the PST time zone people? Please weigh in with your opinion.

Thanks,
Dean

I didn't see this email, but I agree.

Thanks, Bruce.

All,
The weather has gone downhill since I sent the note below. They are now forecasting a major blizzard for Boston with up to 2 feet of snow in some areas that will continue into Wednesday morning. Now I have my doubts whether the office will be open. I suggest we postpone the meeting for another time. I'm sure airlines will refund tickets due to the weather. Thoughts?

Dean

Importance: High

For those that will be meeting with us in Waltham, MA this week, I wanted to let you know that there is significant snow in the forecast for Monday evening into Tuesday night. The latest news is predicting up to a foot of snow during that time. If you are flying in Monday night and out Tuesday night, there could be problems.

I'm open to suggestions for either continuing with the plan or moving to another date. Our office will be open and I'm happy to host those that can make it. But I want people to feel comfortable in flying in and driving out to the office.

Thanks,
Dean
