[cabf_netsec] Meeting time on Thursday's meeting

I noticed that the original invitation we received is linked to GMT
timezone. I think we agreed to set all meetings to EST. Daylight Savings
Time started in US and Canada which means non US & Canada residents
should join the meeting one hour earlier than the regular time.

Ben, or anyone else, can we get a confirmation please?
