[Infrastructure] Amazon Web Services: New Support case: 8227020521

Is there any risk that because infrastructure@ is a public list, the
messages may include a capability URL that then gets publicly disclosed?

I think we'd discussed having this stuff go to a non-public, but
open-posting list (i.e. like our questions@ list), to avoid that risk :)
