[Infrastructure] How to reply in-line to the CABF email lists using Outlook

Like many of you, I use Exchange to send and receive emails and it's
extremely difficult (impossible?) to reply-inline and maintain proper
separation of the prior email thread and your new comments.

 

Ryan Sleevi has a good client (Gmail) that does a great job at this.

 

Are there any tricks for how to get Outlook to behave like this?  Are there
other outlook clients that would help?  OWA doesn't really help here either.


 

Is this an appropriate question for this list?
