Present: Wayne, Ben, Jos

  1. Anti-trust statement was duly recited, the circle drawn, and the candles lit.
  2. Markdown update:
     * Within the BRs, change letter lists to numbers (due to Markdown limitation) and let people figure that out during the discussion period. Just call it out and make sure that people know to look for it.
     * Wait on the pull requests for SC23 and SC24 to be merged (or manually incorporate changes from the existing PRs); generate a PDF for comparison.
     * Put out a draft ballot in discussion period now, so people can start discussing.
  3. Collab Tools:
     * Etherpad is perfect for temporal docs but we can't put up an unauthenticated Etherpad instance that's Internet-available:
        * Major concerns over having unedited minutes available to the public
        * Potential for abuse by Internet actors for icky stuff
     * Nextcloud looks good for both temporal docs like collab-minutes, but is authenticated which means an additional onboarding and user/pass for people to keep track of.
     * Google Docs is good for temporal docs like real-time-collaboration-minutes-editing, but there's concern over use for ongoing work product from subcommittees.

Followup Items:

  * Jos to send out email with a summary of solutions and pros/cons for people to discuss
