[cabf_governance] Meeting Agenda for 24-July-2018

Here are some items to discuss during today's Governance Reform call.  We
can amend them or re-prioritize them at the beginning of the call.

*	Check to see what amendment is needed for ETSI audit nomenclature
based on Dimitris' email of 2/6/2018
*	Revisit status of transition under new bylaws
*	Discuss definition/meaning of "Member" and "Membership"
*	Discuss who must sign the IPR Policy Agreement
*	Change bylaws so officer terms run from Nov. 1 until Oct. 31 (two
years)
*	Clarify when Forum's bylaws apply to Chartered Working Groups
*	Provide guidance/interpretation on other bylaw issues?
*	Amend/re-adopt Governance Reform Charter
*	Other issues?
