[cabf_governance] Revised CABF Bylaws and FAQ

Ben,

Someone else might feel strongly about the difference.  The members have not seen this proposed deletion in prior drafts of the Bylaws, and it’s pretty late in the game to be making new changes to the Bylaws for this ballot.  There are already many changes bundled into this ballot, making it a bit complicated.  My suggestion would be to hold the Root CAs deletion for another ballot, after members have had a chance to review and discuss it.

Hi - I quickly glanced at the documents, and wanted to find out if you intentionally deleted the “Root CA” section of the Bylaws that’s already in the existing Bylaws.  If so, please let me know why.  Thanks.
