agenda for tomorrow's call:

1. Preliminaries
** Assign minute taker
** Read antitrust statement
** Review/update agenda

2. Priorities from F2F:
** Default deny
** Permitted fields in the Subject of CA certs
** Create list of Registration Agencies for JOI + process to maintain the
list
** Define CAA semantics
** Update OU field requirements
** LEI ballot
** Standardize State and Province names
