Standard forum rules, no special rules like last time's validation summit.
Interested parties can only participate if they are invited to do so by the
forum chair (Kirk Hall).

1.	Potential EV improvements.
2.	Bruce's new validation method.  Now that people have had more time
to read it, are there more comments?
3.	Doug's Method 3 improvements.  There's been some discussion on the
list, but feedback from more people would be helpful.
4.	Jeremy's IP ballot.  It seems to me like we've circled back to being
able to pass it unchanged and remove 3.2.2.5(4).  Does anyone see any
problems, or have methods that need to be added?
5.	RDAP ballot status and discussion.
6.	What do we want to accomplish at the London meeting?  The current
plan is for us to have a little over three hours.
7.	Other topics.  Feel free to suggest.
