[cabf_validation] Update 3.2.2.4 for Applicants that are Individual Natural Persons

No problem, that's why we have the opportunity for discussion :) Do you 
mean that the Applicant definition is not used consistently throughout 
the document and deserves some special treatment in 3.2.2.4?
