[cabf_validation] Protected persons guidelines

I sent an email regarding this before and it wasn’t clear enough. I’ve resent it again.

In the UK, directors and PSCs can prevent disclosure of personal information (name, DOB and address) on the public register and credit agencies by sending in a special form with evidence. If accepted by Companies House, all personal information from the past and present will be removed from the public register. Any future applications such as incorporations, directors and PSCs details will be hidden by default.

This protection lasts infinity unless the person feels they are not in high risk position or they falsified the application for protected status which is a criminal offence under Companies Act 2006.

I can’t find any specific reference in the guidelines about CA validation of protected persons applications.

Can you point me in right direction? If there isn’t any reference, can we add a section regarding validation of protected persons?
