[cabf_validation] Validation Working Group Call

I don't think there is anything to discuss based on the current policy and IPR discussions.  Synching up the IP address validation and things is not important until we get approval that ballot 169 has been accepted.

Does the Validation working group want to take the Code signing time slot which is Noon Eastern time tomorrow?

Code Signing has no meetings scheduled right now so you can conceivably take it.
