[cabf_validation] Domain Contact definition

I don’t think so.  Would that be “reported” by the Registrar?  That sure isn’t the intent.  But I do recognize that some registries and registrars already have web based information retrieval from their own site and that RDAP is coming.

Is there a word that is more appropriate than “reported”?
