Here's the outstanding issues:

 

1)      Ballot - EV and BR

2)      Using leaf records of a DNS record

3)      Domain contact clarification (3.2.2.4.2) 

4)      CPS and lower random value validity periods

5)      .well-known change

6)      Wildcard Domain Name (define)

7)      Request URL vulnerability (ACME issue)

8)      39 month issue

 

Attached is a version that I think addresses all of these issues excluding
the multi-tenancy issues described on the ACME mailing list. I wasn't sure
how to handle that.
