[Smcwg-public] Key usage

Hi,

 

It seems the key usage definitions are not included in the existing
description at
https://github.com/srdavidson/smime/blob/PreSBR/SBR.md#617--key-usage-purpos
es-as-per-x509-v3-key-usage-field . It focuses only on the extended key
usage.

 

Does this imply CAs can include arbitrary key usage in each certificate type
or something that will be added later on?
