[Servercert-wg] Transitive Trust and DCV (was Re: Ballot SC-080 V1)

I think this (

might be the document Tim referenced in his last message. At some point, it
seems to have fallen to the perils of public doc comment access.

I was unable to find a detailed recounting of the discussions when I last
looked at this. If someone has them handy, I'd surely appreciate them!
