[Servercert-wg] Extension of Nomination Period for SCWG Vice-Chair

Due to the lack of nominees, we are extending the nomination window for Vice-Chair of the Server Certificate Working Group. *The nomination window will officially close at 17:00 Eastern on Friday, 14 October*.
