Dean pointed out that the Bylaws require exactly seven-day voting periods for ballots (as opposed to the ?at least seven day? period for discussions). As such, I am restarting this ballot, as the voting period declared is not accurate. The corrected period is below.

This email formally (re-)opens the voting period for SC49. Votes cast prior to the starting time of the period as stated below must be re-cast.
