Dean pointed out that the Bylaws require exactly seven-day voting periods for ballots (as opposed to the “at least seven day” period for discussions). As such, I am restarting this ballot, as the voting period declared is not accurate. The corrected period is below.

The following motion has been proposed by Server Certificate Working Group Chair Jos Purvis of Cisco.

 

Purpose of Ballot

The purpose of this special ballot is to confirm the new Vice-Chair of the Server Certificate Working Group.

In accordance with Bylaw 4.1(c), Doug Beattie representing GlobalSign is hereby elected Vice-Chair of the Server Certificate Working Group for a term commencing on 1 November 2021 and continuing through 31 October 2023.
