This might be just a minor formatting/rendering, but it seems the definition of the XN-Label has a small typo in the Word and PDF documents in this email.  

 

It says:
    …begin with the prefix”xn–"

But it needs to say:

    …begin with the prefix”xn--"

 

The good news is that github pull request has the right value, so maybe it’s just an issue with the creation of the document and not really an issue with the ballot?  We’ll want to be sure the value is right in the final spec.

 

Also, the links to the RFCs in section 1.6.1 are http instead of https and they don’t load.

Lastly, we should update any other links to https.  Even though these 2 load they load because the site is set up to auto forward to https, it’s worth using https consistently.  Obviously not urgent.

There could be other embedded links with http
