Hi Daniella,

These ballots become effective when the IPR review process is complete 
and the final Maintenance Guidelines are published. SC28 and SC35 are 
still in the IPR review process which ends October 14. Publication of 
the new versions of the Guidelines will follow that date. The updated 
Guidelines will contain changes to the versions table.
