The IPR Review Period for "Ballot SC26: Pandoc-Friendly Markdown 
Formatting Changes

has ended, and _no Exclusion Notices_ were filed. Ballot becomes 
effective as of*May 4, 2020*.

The Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of 
Publicly-Trusted Certificates Version 1.7.0 document, including the 
Ballot SC26 changes, is attached and will be uploaded to the public 
website and the wiki.
