[Servercert-wg] Results of Review Period – Ballot SC25

The IPR Review Period for "Ballot SC25: Define New HTTP Domain 
Validation Methods v2 
<https://cabforum.org/2020/02/01/ballot-sc25-define-new-http-domain-validation-methods-v2/>" 
has ended, and _no Exclusion Notices_ were filed. Ballot SC25 becomes 
effective as of*March 3rd, 2020*.

The Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of 
Publicly-Trusted Certificates Version 1.6.8 including the Ballot SC25 
changes is attached, and will be uploaded to the public website and the 
wiki.
