[Servercert-wg] Publicly trusted PSD2 EV Certificate

If I'm not wrong IPR review period for ballot SC17 ended Yesterday,
according to the following email , so I understand that it is allow to
issue EV certificates with organizationIdentifier in the SubjectDN:
