[Servercert-wg] Results of Review Period – Ballot SC16

The IPR Review Period for the following ballot:

  * <https://cabforum.org/2018/11/12/ballot-sc-12-sunset-of-underscores-in-dnsnames/>SC16
    - "Other Subject Attributes
    <https://cabforum.org/2019/03/16/ballot-sc16-other-subject-attributes/>"

has ended, and _no Exclusion Notices_ were filed. This ballot becomes 
effective as of *April **16, 2019*.

The "Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of 
Publicly-Trusted Certificates" version 1.6.5 and the "Guidelines For The 
Issuance And Management Of Extended Validation Certificates" version 
1.6.9 including the language from Ballot SC16, are attached, along with 
a red-lined version for each Guideline. These new versions will be 
uploaded to the public website and the wiki.
