[Servercert-wg] [cabfpub] Results of Review Period – Ballot SC12

[Moving this to the servercert-wg, which seems more appropriate given the
discussion of a Server Cert WG specific document.]

Past conversations have said it's informative, much like the change control
tracking, and performed as part of editing and uploading the document. It
is merely pointers to the (authoritative) document.
