[cabfpub] [UPDATE 2] Vote Results on Ballot FORUM-020 v.2 - Amend Code Signing Certificate Working Group Charter

Here is another update, correcting the total number of votes of 
Certificate Issuers. We need to automate this report from the Member's 
tool soon :-)
