[cabfpub] Cancelling next two CA/B Forum Teleconferences

Dear all,

As decided yesterday, we will be cancelling the next two CA/B Forum 
plenary Teleconferences due to conflicting industry meetings on Nov 9th 
and Thanksgiving week (Nov 20). Our next scheduled meeting will take 
place on December 7th.

I will send a Calendar update to the participating Members.
