Here are the final minutes of the subject call:

 

1.       Opening Procedures- Dean 

a.       Roll Call

b.       Read Antitrust Statement

c.       Review Agenda

d.       Approval of minutes of last call

 
i.            Approved

2.       Forum Infrastructure Subcommittee update given by Jos 

a.       Briefly discussed email handling and email address handling

b.       Issues seem to controlled with anti-spam filters

c.       There are a lot of email bounces, so there's a new script to remove
bounced emails. 

d.       Ask: Please go to the membership spreadsheet to validate the emails
addresses that are there:

e.       Also, please use form for membership changes to the spreadsheet. It
is currently linked on the wiki.  

f.        Continuing to work on the website and are putting together a page
for information for potential new members  

3.       Code Signing Certificate Working Group update given by Dean

a.       Talked about a clean-up ballot that should be available by the next
meeting

b.       Talked about policy OID to the CSBRs. Group understood concerns
brought by the forum but still agrees that this is the best way forward. The
group wants to limit the scope of TS certs very specifically to code signing


c.       The signing service- discussed if a sub-committee should be created
to discussed to clarify if there should such a service

d.       Comsign joined as a interested party

e.       Talked about going to the 3647 format because certain reqs are
pinned to certain versions 

4.       SMIME working group update given by Stephen

a.       Continue to go through the certificate profiles for the legacy
profiles and have come to an agreement on the subject and SAN content for
internationalized email addresses, also for key usage. 

b.       Will be completing discussion of the EKU in the next meeting. Will
have a complete profile for the legacy certificates by June F2F

5.       Guest speaker for F2F: David Maimon, Asst Professor at Georgia
State University. 

6.       Any Other Business 

a.       Doodle poll for October F2F

7.       Next call: May 27th
