[cabfpub] Forum-XXX: S/MIME Working Group - looking for comments and endorsements

Thank you Tim for preparing this. We'd be willing to endorse the ballot.

I concur with Wayne on being it worth to clarify that S/MIME 
certificates can be "with and without natural or legal identity ", in 
addition to an email address.
