There will be an initial code signing working group meeting this Thursday
afternoon at the Face to Face meeting (see F2F meeting agenda for exact
time).

 

The agenda is as follows:

 

1.	Assign note taker
2.	Read antitrust statement
3.	Ratification of participants 
4.	Nominations and elections for Chair and Vice-Chair
5.	Brainstorm on potential other participants. Invitations
6.	Establishment of email lists and web pages
7.	Scheduling recurring meetings
8.	Adjourn

 

The charter states that 24 hours prior to the initial meeting, a list of
declared participants must be distributed.  This list is below. The chair
has independently verified eligibility for those with a check mark next to
their name. Others should be prepared to prove their eligibility per the
charter. Associate members must also show how they fit per bylaw 3.1.
Membership approval will be part of agenda item 1.
