Hallo Leyla,

lass´uns nächste Woche bitte zu den Hintergründen sprechen. Die -1 
schließt QWACs (definiert in 319411-2) nicht mit ein, ich habe mich 
dafür eingesetzt, den Ballot zu verschieben, leider bin ich damit nicht 
bei Dimitries durchgetrungen. Daher wird das beim nächsten Meeting 
nochmal ein Thema
