Nominations for the offices of Vice Chair of the CA/Browser Forum and for Vice Chair of the Server Certificate Working Group OPEN on August 23 at 11:00 am Eastern Time.  Nominations can be posted here:

Nominations will remain open through September 6 at 11:00 Eastern Time.

Here is a brief calendar of how we will be running Vice Chair elections:

Summary of Officer Election Dates - CABF Vice Chair and SCWG Vice Chair
Aug. 23               Nominations open
Sept. 6                Nominations close.  Candidates may prepare statements for posting on Management list Sept. 20 or earlier
Sept. 20              Start of Ballot for election of Vice Chair - one week for discussion.  Candidates may post statements to Management List
Sept. 27              Discussion period ends, voting period starts
Oct. 4                  Voting period ends, results announced
Nov. 1                 New officer terms begin
