[cabfpub] Fwd: CAB Forum Countdown to IPR Agreement deadline

Hi Virginia,

Forgive me if I missed something but, having signed v1.2 IPR agreement as an interested party, I am assuming that that agreement is still operative so I do not need to sign the new policy.

I can see nothing in Ballot 206 terminating all extant agreements requiring signing of new policy, and previous policy (v1.2) that we signed does not say that it automatically terminates if a new policy comes into effect – am I missing something?
