Hi Kirk,

You mention SC1 and SC4 - but I'm having trouble finding copies of them.
They don't appear to be in https://cabforum.org/pipermail/servercert-wg/ or
https://cabforum.org/pipermail/public/ - could you indicate where such
draft text is provided, and when they became available?
