Kirk,

We forgot to include the deadline of August 1st 2018 in section 1.2.2
(Relevant Dates) for the deprecation of methods #1 and #5. It is an
uncontroversial change but unfortunately, as previously discussed, we
don't have a process for "editorial" changes.
