Hello all,

Below please find the following documents for the Governance WG session at the F2F next week:

Ballot 206, which enables the creation of new WGs in the Forum
FAQs describing the changes proposed to the Bylaws and IPR Policy by Ballot 206
Updated IPR Policy, redlined to show changes made for Ballot 206
Bylaws diff file, marked to show changes made for Ballot 206

We’ll discuss these documents in a presentation next week.  It would be extremely helpful if you review these documents and have some familiarity with them before the presentation.
