Likewise, what's the scope of "(a)  In connection with official Forum 
activities," ?

What happens if, for example, Forum member X posts a message to cabfpub, 
and then Forum member Y tweets disparaging remarks about that message 
and member X?

Twitter itself isn't in scope.  Twitter conversations between Forum 
members about matters unrelated to the Forum aren't in scope.  However, 
arguably a tweet about something Forum-related _is_ "in connection with 
official Forum activities".  Is that the intent?
