[cabfpub] Updated Ballot 190 v2 dated June 29, 2017

I am attaching an updated Ballot v2 dated June 29, 2017, which corrects two typos (the typo corrections are highlighted in yellow in the attached v2 draft):

1.  In the definition of Authorized Ports, changed "443 (http)" to "443 (https)".  Mads found this typo.

2.  In the Note following Methods 1-10, changed "higher level domain levels" to "higher level domains".  The first phrase was redundant.

This is now the pending ballot.

Mads, Ryan, and Jeremy have all raised suggested further changes to BR 3.2.2.4, and the Validation Working Group is committed to taking up the suggestions as soon as Ballot 190 finishes its process.  We have already worked two years on this (and on the ten methods), so it will be useful to finally nail down one version (and finally eliminate "any other method"), and then use that as a benchmark for further refinement.
